From years of photographing people, I have come across many people who have started their side business, side hustle and need a good photo for social media to market their business. Or busy coaches and entrepreneurs need constant updates to engage with people and want to find a quick and easy way to have more branding photos of themselves. They need good headshots but don’t necessarily want to hire a professional photographer like me; some find it uncomfortable to have photos taken, some are shy to ask for a photo shoot, some don’t have the budget, and some don’t live in my area.
I have taken my own headshots for years. So I thought, why not teach people how to take their own headshots? With a smartphone!
Good headshots are crucial to any business for social media marketing and personal branding. People want to see who they are buying from. You don’t need to be super good looking to attract people to your door. You simply need a clean and professional-looking headshot to tell your story. I believe everyone can look attractive and approachable in photos.
